We believe that through prevention, maintenance, training and motivation of employees, accidents can be minimised if not prevented. We allocate adequate resources and facilities to ensure quality of product and service compliance with agreed specifications and also the comfort and safety of staff. Our friendly staff works as one team to provide our valued customers with the best, safest and highest possible quality services.
As a minimum, the following health and safety records are established and kept on site.
All our staff members are professionally trained and experienced workers. To enhance and
refresh our employees’ skills, we conduct in-house training programs at our own training
centre every three months.
All cleaning product dispensers are labelled providing information about the product, purpose and how to use hazardous materials.
Material safety data sheets for all the cleaning chemicals are available in every cleaner’s room.
Our colour coding system is to ensure the highest level of hygiene:
Red - Toilets
Yellow - Infectious areas
Blue - General
Green - Food Areas
Dedicated site supervisors are appointed to the contract and are contactable 24 hours a day.
Random inspections are conducted on weekly basis to ensure that requirements are met and everything is running smoothly.
Each fortnight a cleaning report is completed for each site, monitoring cleaning standards.
All employees have either a state or federal clearance.
All employees are issued with identification badges and
company uniforms.

components to our success. As such, we are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working and
learning environment for staff and members of the public, in accordance with its legislative obligations
and current industry standards.
ACP Services strives to maintain a consistently high level cleaning service by reviewing our policies,
objectives and targets regularly with our staff members and other interested parties. Finally these
procedures allow us to achieve our goals in providing a safe working environment. Also our effective
site inspections play a major role in identifying preventive measures that can be taken to ensure a safe
and healthy working environment.
ACP Services staff members are required to comply with its occupational health and safety policies,
procedures and guidelines, and to conduct themselves in a safe manner, not placing themselves or
others at risk.
It is the responsibility of a supervisor to ensure a safe and healthy workplace that documented safe
work procedures are provided to and are understood and observed by the staff they supervise. Any
incidents, exposures, hazards or Health, Safety & Environment concerns within the workplace should
be reported immediately.

As such we take all possible steps to ensure that our staff is provided with the optimum level of training that will encourage them to seek more opportunities for professional growth and develop their potential in current or prospective positions.
